After a recent stay at Club Guest Suites, I must say that the hotel offers a moderate value proposition for those seeking a touch of luxury. the renovation has undoubtedly enhanced the aesthetics of the rooms, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms featuring a luxurious overhead showerhead. However, the lack of practicality in terms of storage space and cleanliness issues in the bathroom did detract from the overall experience. On the plus side, the staff was generally polite, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby wineries like Jacobs Creek and Seppeltsfield. the addition of a lift was appreciated, particularly for guests with mobility issues. In terms of amenities, Club Guest Suites could benefit from enhancing services like tours/ticket assistance and ironing facilities to truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, while the hotel offers a decent level of luxury, there may be better value options available in the area for those seeking a more seamless and practical stay.
